Scotland the Brave waves the waste management flag

It used to be Wales that occupied the most column inches in RWW, but Scotland is waving the Saltire a lot at the moment; what with the country joining Ellen MacArthur’s Foundation’s Circular Economy 100 programme (that trips merrily off the tongue, doesn’t it? Not) and Zero Waste Scotland unveiling an online poll to gauge how Scottish communities and businesses feel about litter.

Deregulation is an interesting concept, isn’t it?
